Capri socks are designed for variegated, self striped or tweeded yarns… all these yarns with a lot of colors that can “hide” a stitch pattern. The pattern is simple, with stockinette stitch so that your yarn can express itself ! There is a little ribbing on the sides to adjust the fit and to make the work funnier.

Sizes : S, M, L, XL for a foot circumference of 21, 22, 23, 25 cm (French sizes 36/37, 38/39, 40/24 and 44/45) Length can be made to measure.

Materials : 270, 300, 355, 370 meters of any fingering weight sock yarn.
Don’t hesitate to choose a yarn with nylon to add strength to your socks.
One set of dpns in size needed to obtain the gauge below and one more set one size smaller for ribbing.

Les chaussettes Capri ont été conçues spécialement pour tous les fils teints à la main, auto-rayants, dégradés, tweedés…. bref tous ces fils “non-unis” qui peuvent parfois complètement noyer un point fantaisie.
Le point utilisé est donc très simple mais un jeu de côtes viendra pimenter le tricot tout en vous permettant un fit parfait.

Tailles : S, M, L, XL pour une circonférence du pied de 21, 22, 23, 25 cm, ce qui correspond environ aux tailles françaises 36/37, 38/39, 40/24 and 44/45. Vous pouvez ajuster la longueur du pied à votre convenance.

Choisissez un fil contenant un peu de nylon pour que vos chaussettes durent plus longtemps.
Un jeu d’aiguilles double-pointe dans la taille nécessaire à l’obtention de l’échantillon, un jeu supplémentaire d’une taille de moins.
