Any yarn weight or brand can be used to crochet this cushion cover - when made with DK weight yarn, the cushion cover, with both pieces joined together, measures approximately 39 cm2 (15.35 inches2). The amount of yarn used (DK weight yarn) is approximately 400 grams (14 ounces) or 600 metres (656 yards), with the main colour requiring 265 grams (9.5 ounces) or 398 metres (435 yards), and the contrast colour using 135 grams (4.5 ounces) or 202 metres (221 yards).
