The concept of this pattern – knitting a two-color design on a “multiple of stitches plus or minus one,” causes the pattern to automatically move right or left. It is so much fun, and workshop attendees have commented: “It’s so much fun,” “But it is too easy,” or “It is very impressive.”

I guess I’d like to suggest this to the knitter with a sense of adventure who would like to try a new technique. Included in the pattern is a tote bag and a pillow utilizing the same concept.
