This Super hero hat will be the favorite hat to wear this winter! If you or your little one loves Captain America you will absolutely love this hat! Captain America is very popular this year! Wearing this will make you smile while keeping your head warm and cozy! Great for Halloween!

Introduction: This Captain America beanie has 2 ear flap options, #1 option- shorter ear flaps with shields & #2 option- a little longer ear flap with braided tails and shields. There are instructions and detailed pictures for both.

This pattern is for children sizes Toddler 2-4 years old (18”-19”x 7”), Child 5-10 Years old (19”-20” x 7.5”), and Adult (22”-23” x 8) All sizes noted are in Standard Sizes, Beanies fits most.

Materials needed:

• Size 5mm hook (H/5) & 4mm (G/6)
• You will also need a worsted weight yarn in these colors - I used “I love This yarn” in Red, White, and
Blue
• Yarn Needle to sew in your ends
• Scissors
• Measuring Tape

Abbreviations (US Terms):

MR- Magic Ring
CH- Chain
SC- Single Crochet
SC2TOG -Single Crochet two together (explained below)
DC- Double Crochet
YO- Yarn over
SL ST- Slip Stitch
