Captain Egalité features a feminine and symmetrical lace panel all the way long. The lace pattern was inspired by a gate made of forged iron I saw during a hike in the south of France. It is an easy pattern, though a little attention while making it is necessary. Once you have memorized the pattern, it is an easy going, mindless one! You may adjust this pattern to your liking by repeating more or less times the motif. However, please note that the yardage required will therefore vary.
