This pattern is the Captain Hook hand puppet. Full of false bravado, Captain Hook is the often misunderstood villain of the Peter Pan story! You can help to encourage the imaginations of your children with their very own puppets during story time!

It is an easy to follow pattern, and can be made quickly for a gift!

Worsted weight yarn
H - 5mm crochet hook
Tapestry needle
Scissors

This puppet is made in one size, fitting children through adults, so that parents can play too! However, it can easily be adjusted by tightening your gauge or going down a hook size, if you’d like one to fit small children better.

Made in mostly single crochet, basic crochet knowledge is all that’s needed! Being familiar with croching in rnds is helpful, and some knowledge of hand sewing pieces together.
