Captain Jack the Pirate

Skill Level: Beginner/Intermediate
Skills used: Basic knit stitch, increases, decreases, knitting in the round, basic embroidery skills.
Note: Since it is knitted in the round, there’s no messy seaming, special for somebody who don’t love to sew.
Materials:
- 8 ply weight wool or acrylic. (I have used Moda Vera Marvel 8ply 100% acrylic for MC, CC1, CC2, CC3 and CC4. Yarn in blue for MC, beige for CC1, brown for CC2, white for CC3, red for CC4 and black for CC5. Scrap yarn grey.
- 3.25mm /US-3, 100cm/40” circular needles for magic loop and DPNs or size needed to obtain gauge.
- 3.25mm straight needles
- Stitch marker
- Polyester stuffing
- Yarn needle
- Embroidery needles
- Plastic twist tie
- Super glue
- Stitch holders
If you use thicker yarn and bigger size of needles you get a bigger toy.
