Size M: approx 22 inches (58 cm) wide and 20 cm long
Size L: approx 24 inches (61 cm) wide and 20 cm long
If your head circumference is between these sizes, I recommend using a 0,25 to 0,5 smaller crochet hook and make the size above yours.
