Makes 1 fair-isle style cowl that is 24 cm wide and 37 cm tall (9.4” x 14.6”). For me, I can pull the cowl up to fit snugly over my face, which is what I wanted for when I am biking in winter. Otherwise, it bunches around the neck for extra toastiness. I made this from scraps and just used what I had lying around, but you can use whatever colors you have on hand.
