Pattern inspiration: I love the sea, when I was a kid I wanted to be a pirate and sail the oceans…Then I became a graphic designer and I make pirate amigurumi toys comfortably sitting on my couch, sailing loads of yarn instead!

This is a pattern, not a tutorial, so you will need basic crochet knowledges to follow it.

Pure cotton:
Schachenmayr Catania Originals Blue Gray
Schachenmayr Catania Originals White
Schachenmayr Catania Originals Red
Cablè cotton n.5 Black
I used 50gr yarn balls, for the body (blue gray) it took about half ball. The other colours are used in small quantity.
Yarn alternatives You can use a different yarn, just change the hook accordingly.

Crochet hook size: 2.50 mm, 1.25 mm
(I’m using a smaller hook then what is suggested on the yarn label to get tighter sts)

Safety eyes 6 mm
