Inspired by the cobblestone street and historic Federal style row houses on Prince Street in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. This area, called Captain’s Row, is where captains, whose vessels docked at the nearby wharves, built their homes.

Design illustrates the close, narrow brick houses and unique cobblestones on this historic street. A practical, and pretty!, head scarf ~ ideal to wear on hot, summer days.
