A design that is sure to please any flower loving little girl or car loving little boy. I’m not a fan of fringe that frays…especially for little ones that are going to pull and tug on it constantly. I designed this scarf to make the fringe fun for the kids and not easily frayed. :0)

This pattern is for crochet skill levels ranging from easy to moderate. If you are just starting out, it might challenge you a little, but there are photos to help with any of the special stitches that you might be intimidated by. You are also free to email me with any questions you have and I can try to assist you that way as well. There is no reason to shy away from making this beautiful scarf yourself. :0)

You can do this pattern as pictured in just a MC, CC and then enough yarn for your tires and windshields. That would require the following yardages:

MC= 350 yards
CC= 150 yards
Yarn for tires = 50 yards
Yarn for windshields=50 yards

Although stitching up multiple colored cars and stitching numbers on to look like racecars is a fun idea…. the possibilities are endless to make this your own. Make the flowers multi colored for a fun look too.
