This cute little coaster is meant to evoke autumn memories - in this case those of caramel apples.

You can make these coasters as a fun accessory for your own home but they also make a unique and personal hostess gift for Halloween and Fall parties that can be used right away. They make for a great quick project.

The coaster is worked with a #5 steel crochet hook and #10 crochet thread.

The pattern makes use of both standing and chainless crochet stitches but it is certainly possible to use slip stitches and chain stitches if that is your preference. In addition to the color change, front post stitches and back loop crochets are also used. For those reasons I went ahead and labeled the pattern intermediate.

The pattern also includes instructions for laundering and blocking.
