All the details are mainly worked using the amigurumi method (if there isn’t any other information). Work in a continuous spiral without closing off the round with a sl st, except ears. Crocheting them, use crochet hook bigger size.
Size of the hook depends on yarn. Crochet densely. Well crocheted and stuffed head wouldn’t be crashed.

Rabbit can b one colored, or you can crochet dress another color (change the color and make a skirt).
