THIS comfortable little cardigan in cable stitch would be equally suitable for winter wear for either the small son or daughter of two or three years old.

MATERIALS: four ounces of three-ply wool are required to make it, with a pair of No. 10 knitting needles, and six buttons.

MEASUREMENTS: Round chest 20 to 22 inches; length 14 inches; sleeve seam (cuff turned back) 8 inches.
