The Cardigan Queen has a V-neck and is worked flat from the bottom up. At the same time, decreases are worked along the front edges to shape the V-neck. The sleeves are worked in the round. At the end a ribbed front edge with buttonholes is worked.
The Cardigan Queen is a cropped piece that works well with high waist jeans or skirts.

You can use wool, merino, alpaca, or acrylic yarn for the cardigan. Begin by working a swatch to determine which needle size you need to achieve the correct gauge.

• Button Ø30 mm - 3 pcs
• Tapestry needle

size 2XS – 250-300 g
size XS – 300-450 g
size S – 450-500 g
size M – 500-550 g
size L – 550-600 g
size XL – 600-650 g
size 2XL – 650-700 g
size 3XL – 700-750 g

Gauge: 25 sts/14 rows = 4x4” square over dc

Used stitches:
chain, slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet
