This Carefree Zippered Bag Crochet Pattern would make a great accessory bag, pencil case or make up bag! It also complements the Carefree Market Bag which can also be found here. The little Carefree Zippered Bag is worked from the bottom up using easy crochet stitches. The bag is then slipped over top of a blank canvas zippered pouch that you can purchase at many craft stores and then secured into place. I have sewn around the top of mine to secure it, however you may also use a small amount of fabric glue.

Yarn: 24/7 Cotton by Lion Brand® (186 yds/170 m; 100g/3.5 oz; 100% cotton; (4) worsted weight). You will need 1/2 ball Purple (Colour A), 1/2 ball Aqua (Colour B), 1/2 ball Ecru (Colour C)


Hook: Size G/6 (4 mm) hook.

Notions: Yarn Needle, 7.5 x 10 in. Canvas pouch with zipper, sewing needle and thread or fabric glue.
