Cari the Kangaroo is an original pattern by Yarns of my Heart (October 2016) written in US terms. This cute Kangaroo has a hat and a backpack and is 12cm/4.7” long.

Supplies
• Yarn of your choice. I use:
1) sport/5ply YarnArt Jeans, 55% cotton/45% acrylic, 50g – 160m, light-brown №40 and light-beige №5
2) sport/5ply Safran Drops, 100% cotton, 50g – 160m, navy-blue №9
3) dk/8ply Troitsk Yarn: Lily of the Valley, 100% mercerized cotton, 50g – 115m, golden №1293
• 2 mm Clover crochet hook
• stuffing
• 2 black beads for eyes/~3-5 mm safety eyes
• Pink bead for nose/Safety nose
• Black thread
• Pink thread
• Yarn needle
• Scissors
• A little button for backpack (optional)
