This is a pattern for the adventurous knitter, and I must point out that there is very little forgiveness in the fabric of the leg. Keep this in mind, and rather choose the bigger size than the smaller, and instead scale down for the foot if needed. Also, you can add a few more stitched in the turquoise section of the leg to make it a bit wider. Just make sure to adjust the number of stitches on the last row before the heel flap.
