Carmen 18" Doll Shoes
The top of this shoe is crocheted in two simple pieces connected by an elastic strap to hold the shoe firmly on the doll’s foot. The vamp is strappy and crocheted in a semicircular shape. The heel cup is a simple trapezoidal shape made of single crochet stitches. The completed shoe is sewn to a prepared insole, and glued to the outer sole. The top can easily be embellished with beads or buttons.
