Carnation Lariat Scarf
Those curly spheres that crocheters have been making for decades remind me of carnations! A very easy project that only looks complicated - it uses only chains, slip stitches and single crochets. You need about 2-3 oz of yarn in the rope color and about 6 oz in the carnation color.
I used worsted weight yarn and an F hook, but really any combination of yarn size and hook will work!
