Size Info: Purse measures 9”W x 13”H (+1-2” for teeth and tongue). Strap measures 23”. Entire purse is 29” long. The purse has 9”W X 7”H of carrying space.

Gauge: For main bag: With size 7.00mm hook and two strands of worsted weight yarn held together, 11 dc sts = 4” and 6 rows = 4”
For tongue: With size 6.00mm hook and two strands of worsted weight yarn held together, 12 sts = 4”

More about the purse: The carnivorous plant purse is made from a base of simple sc, hdc, & dc stitches worked in the round from a central foundation chain. This is an amigurumi technique, which I will walk you through (with step-by-step photos) in the pattern. The main body of the purse is sewn together at the side seams (so a fair bit of sewing is required for this pattern) and the teeth are all attached separately (either by sewing or with glue). This pattern uses two (and sometimes three) strands of worsted weight yarn held together.
