This was the first spool pin doily pattern that I had created as a hostess gift. I made this while I was getting to know the ladies in what we call our Tuesday Group, which is an offshoot from our guild. Carolyn was delighted to receive this and it was great that it was a gift she could truly use.

This is made with crochet cotton size 10. It uses a size #7 steel crochet hook. This is a circular pattern made in rows. A small amount is needed and can be made in any color.
