I designed Carousel to give you all the fun and whimsical vibes! This pattern makes me want to eat some freshly spun cotton candy and ride a roller coaster. Are you with me? So many colors and varying designs build up from the cozy cuffed brim and are capped off by a colorful crown that reminds me of the top of a carousel ride. So. Much. Fun!

Materials Needed:

Worsted/Size 4 yarn in four contrasting colors—approximately 177 yds (162 m) total

Color A: 86 yds (79 m)
Color B: 29 yds (27 m)
Color C: 37 yds (34 m)
Color D: 25 yds (23 m)

US 7 (4.5 mm) 16” (40 cm) circular knitting needles, or size needed to meet gauge

US 9 (5.5 mm) 16” (40 cm) circular knitting needles, or size needed to meet gauge

US 9 (5.5 mm) double-pointed needles (dpns) or US 9 (5.5 mm) circular knitting needles with a longer cord for Magic Loop method, or size needed to meet gauge
