This simple garter stitch beanie co ordinates with both my Carrie fingerless mitts or Carrie mitts to make a lovely set. Made in merino wool it’s bound to keep heads cosy on chilly day. It’s a modern, slightly slouchy style but by adding more rows it can be extra slouchy or remove a few rows for a traditional beanie shape. The choice is yours.

I love a faux fur pom pom but a woolly one looks lovely too. If pom poms are not your thing just leave it off for a simple beanie to ward off the cold.
