Techniques Used
stretchy cast on {German Twist video tutorial} – knit – purl – 2together – slip psso – center double decrease - kitchener

Construction
Hat is worked in 1 piece, bottom up, from brim through crown decrease, in the round. Center of crown is then seamed across the top in a variation of the kitchener stitch.
