46 51, 56, 61 cm.

HAT:

APPROXIMATE AGE: Prem – (8-10) years.

12 (13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20) inches.
31 33, 36, 38, 41, 43, 46, 48, 51 cm.

BOOTIES SOLE SIZE:

Prem – Newborn: 3” 8 cm Use 3.50mm hook.
Newborn – 3 Months: 3 ½” 9 cm Use 4.00mm hook.
3 – 6 Months: 4” 10 cm Use 4.50mm hook.
6 – 12 Months: 4 ½” 11 cm Use 5.00mm hook.
(Change hook size until sole equals required length/size).

YARN USED: Makr Lincraft Baby Soft 8 ply 100g approx 274m/ 299 yards In Stone. (Any DK 8 Ply or Light Worsted #3 should work but make a sample first).

Cardigan & Hat - 4.00mm & 5.00mm Crochet Hooks.
Booties - 3.50mm - 5.00mm depending on size.

GAUGE: 4” / 10cm = 18 stitches and 13 rows alternating rows of dc and sc using 4.00mm Hook.
