This is an easy knit with a little twist (I thought the twisted rib looked like little hearts hence the name.) It would be a great project for a beginning knitter.

It’s a satisfyingly fast knit with big needles and yarn.

You can leave it a scarf, or, like I’m planning to do, sew it into a cowl.

Keep an eye out, I still have a ball left over, and I’m thinkin’ mitts!
