Cascata is Italian for waterfall. So named as a nod to my heritage.

This is an elegant stitch pattern that is wildly addicting to knit. With the unique I-cord framing and subtle combination of lace & cables, your options are many. This pattern is written for a 7.5” wide scarf but could be modified as a skinny scarf (2 repeats) or add repeats to create a breathtaking stole.

This pattern really shines with variegated yarns!

This is a good pattern for knitters new to lace.
