This warm and stretchy Beanie is worked in broken rib throughout. This style is also available in a ponytail beanie pattern – please see my Kimberley pattern for that design.

Pattern sizes: Age 2-5 yrs, 6-10 yrs, Teen and Lady.

To fit head: 52 (54-55-56) cm 20½ (21¼-21¾-22) inches.

Yarn required: 1 (1-1-1) ball Creative Basics Esther 8ply, 100g balls@220m.

Needles required: A pair of 4.00mm UK 8, US 6 knitting needles.
Wool needle for sewing up.

Tension: 20 sts and 36 rows to 10cm over broken rib (slightly stretched), using 4.00mm needles.
