NEEDLES
US7/ 4.5mm circular knitting needles (32 inch/80cm or longer) and dpn

NOTIONS
6 stitch marker, tapestry needle

GAUGE
20 stitches = 10cm in St st. (after wet blocking)
Adjust needle sizes to obtain correct gauge if necessary!
It is so important to check your gauge. Even if you use the same yarn and needle size. We all knit differently, so please make sure to invest some time to find the right needle size for your yarn and project. Even though the gauge is not critical when knitting a shawl (if you knit looser you will end up with a bigger shawl and if you knit tighter you will end up with a smaller shawl), but always keep in mind, that it can influence the needed yardage and you might ran out of yarn before finishing the project.
