Casiopea Cowl
Casiopea Cowl
An asymmetrical cowl knit very much like a triangular shawl but with a straight edge that is used for seaming to create a funnel neck. Simple eyelets make up the body of the shawl with an I-cord edge for a tidy finish. The cowl is worked completely flat with a bulky weight yarn made up of mohair and lovely little silver sequins. The design is worked at a very loose gauge so a few strands of mohair held together would also work or a worsted and mohair yarns held together.
