Knitting Pattern for a Loose Cardigan with a Classic V Neck and a Ribbed Button Band in Sizes XS | S | M (L | XL | 2XL).

Structure:
The cardigan is worked in stockinette stitch with raglan increases top down in one piece. The yoke of the cardigan is shaped with raglan increases and additional increases to shape the V neck. After separating the sleeves from the body, the body is finished in stockinette stitch and a hem in 1x1 ribbed pattern. The sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch in rounds until the required length is reached. Then, there are a few decreases before the cuffs in 1x1 ribbed pattern are worked. In the end, stitches are picked up along the front parts and a button band in 1x1 ribbed pattern is worked directly onto the cardigan.
The fit of the cardigan is classic, slightly oversized and with a deep V neck. The highlight of the design is the special yarn combination, which makes it comfortable to wear but also special to look at.

4.5 mm and 6 mm circular knitting needles (optional: DPNs for the sleeves and cuffs)
3-4 buttons (around ø 16-20 mm) 1 darning needle
stitch markers/left overs

Knitting Tension:
10x10 cm = 15 sts x 20 rs in stockinette stitch with 3 strands of yarn held together on 6 mm knitting needles (wet blocked)

Bust Circumference Finished Cardigan:
98 | 104 | 112 (117 | 125 | 131) cm with a positive ease of 15 cm
Length Finished Cardigan:
51 | 54 | 56 (58,5 | 60 | 62,5) cm incl. 4 cm hem – can be adapted individually.
Sleeve Length:
44 cm incl. 6 cm cuffs – can be adapted individually.
