A delightful toy cat for you to knit. Suitable for an intermediate knitter, Casper Cat makes a great weekend project, and is suitable for children of all ages if CE approved yarn and stuffing is used. Finished size of cat using DK yarn: approx 35cm.

Materials required:

*Approx 75g aran or DK weight yarn

*Small amounts of white yarn, black yarn and green yarn

*Double point needles (DPN) – size 3mm recommended for aran yarn, 2.75mm for DK yarn

*Traditional knitting needles of the same size

*Sewing needle – you may find a long doll-making needle easier to use than a traditional darning or crewel needle

*Stitch markers

*Stuffing fibre (acrylic, well-washed fleece, etc)
