Finished Size: 7 in x 5 in (not including wristlet strap)

Materials:
● H Hook (5.0 mm)
● 110 yards of Hobby Lobby’s “I Love This Cotton” yarn or a similar medium 4 weight yarn
● Fabric for lining, at least 8 in x 12 in
● 7 inch zipper
● Sewing thread (preferably one that matches your yarn)
● Sharp yarn or tapestry needle
● Sewing needle (or sewing machine)
● Measuring tape
● Fabric scissors (or really sharp scissors, no dull scissors here!)
● Straight pins
● Pen

Gauge: 10 rows of 10 SC = 2 ¼ in X 2 ¼ in

Notes:

1. This pattern is written in American Standard Terms.
2. I will be walking you through how to hand sew in the lining pouch and zipper. However, if you know how to use a sewing machine, I would go that route for a faster method.
3. You can make this wristlet as big or as small as you’d like. Just add more CH stitches or more rows to reach your desired height/length and adjust the sizing of your zipper and lining fabric.
4. This pattern will be using two sewing stitches, the whip stitch and straight stitch. I will not be giving a detailed explanation of these stitches, but they are very simple and numerous tutorials can be found on YouTube and around the internet.
