A cast on a leg or foot often means cold toes. This toe warmer is put over the end of the cast to keep those toes warm. I make lots of them for an orthopaedic office and their patients love to use them.

This is a basic, knit in the round item - much like a very small hat. It is also ideal for using up small bits of yarn in a stripe pattern.
