This cap was made using one skein of Plymouth Hannah to create this comfortable cotton hat perfect for spring and summer wear or as a wonderfully soft chemo cap for someone special during a stressful time.

The all over rib pattern gives a head hugging but not tight fit for most people. Unstretched circumference is 18”/45 cm but can comfortably stretch to 22”/56 cm which opens up the lace pattern nicely.

If you prefer a less snug fit you can add 12 to the cast on and work one more repeat of the stitch pattern. This will add approximately 1 1/2”/7 cm to the unstretched circumference.
