Cat Lady
Cat Lady is a doll that is able to stand on her own.
Required stitches include Chain (ch), Single Crochet (sc), Double Crochet (dc), Increase and Decrease for both sc and dc, Single Crochet 3 together (sc3tog)
Gauge is not critical as long as consistent tension is applied.
We consider this pattern an intermediate one where you are already familiar with the different crochet stitches and able to join parts together.
This pattern requires a higher level of crochet skill as some parts of the increases and decreases are not written entirely based on a specific stitch position. Rather, the position is descriptive and requires the crocheter to make the judgement for themselves.

You may wish to use felting wool, or any other medium for her hair. Let your imagination run wild.
Most body parts are started using a magic ring and worked in joined rounds unless otherwise indicated. Start every round with a Ch 1. End every round with sl st to the first sc. Ch 1 and start in the same stitch.
If you are not familiar with the magic ring, you may wish to start with ch 2 and crochet the indicated number of sts into the 2nd ch from the hook.
We insert soft wire into the limbs, body and head of the doll before stuffing with poly-fil
