The Cat Sleep Play-set is part 3 of the Ultimate Crochet Cat Play-set series. This play-set features the cat bed and cat cave/hut with a blanket for the cat.

I used worsted weight #6 yarn in Lion Brand Hometown USA Montpelier Peacock and an I (5.5 MM) hook for both the cat bed and cat cave/ hut. The pattern does offer an alternative instruction for using worsted weight #4 yarn if you don’t have any super bulky.

I used worsted weight #4 yarn and an F hook to make the cat blanket and the cat pillow. Using other yarn brands and hook sizes will affect the size of the items made.

Gauge:

F hook: 4 sc st = 1 inch
I hook: 2 sc st = 1 inch

This play-set is great for hours of imaginative play. Great alternative for kids who can’t have pets and can also help teach them how to take care of a pet.
