Pattern includes crochet directions to make this cute and fun cat toy (or feather duster).

Yarn requirements are very flexible. This is a great stash-buster project. Grab from your stash: 1 skein worsted weight yarn, 1 skein eyelash yarn, and 1 skein ribbon yarn.

You’ll also need:
1 spool of jewelry wire (24 gauge recommended), wire cutters, and 3/8” diameter dowel rod (cut to desired length).
