Catalina Cloth and Scrubby Set
Crochet pattern for the Catalina Cloth and Scrubby set! I made this to go along with my Catalina Kitchen Towel.
Materials Used,
Worsted Weight Cotton yarn. I used Sugar’N Cream yarn for mine.
H crochet Hook
Yarn needle .
Gauge
4 inches x 4 inches= 16 sts x 15 Rows
Use H hook and yarn to check gauge.
Amount of yarn used
Less than 1 ½ ounces, or 40 gms, or 75 yards or 70 meters
Notes
Have fun; play with the colors and stripes! I changed colors every 2 rows for the towel in the picture, but you don’t have to do that.
This can be a dishcloth or a washcloth, it is up to you.
You don’t have to sc around the edge unless you want to.
Finished Size
Cloth, with the boarder
8 ¾ Inches x 8 ¾ Inches
Cloth, without the boarder
8 inches x 8 inches
Scrubby, with boarder
2 ½ inches x 2 ½ inches
Scrubby, without the boarder
2 inches x 2 inches
Glossary (stitches are in US terms)
Ch= Chain
Sl st = Slip Stitch
Sc= Single Crochet
Hdc= half double crochet
