This pattern is great for a beginner crocheter. It uses Jumbo weight yarn and a large hook.
Instructions are included for a taller, skinnier basket, as well as a shorter, wider basket.
Each basket uses one full skein (55 yards) of Red Heart Collage.
Gauge isn’t overly important, so long as your stitches are tight. This ensures that the basket is sturdy and stays upright without slouching over.
