It’s just so hard to choose between mermaids and kittens, but now you don’t have to! This super-cuddly catfish purr-maid is practically begging you to hug her, but be careful—once you start, you won’t be able to stop.

The fun fish-scale textured tail is worked back and forth in rows for cleaner results. The Tail Fin is worked back and forth in vertical rows through the back lps to give it a ribbed appearance. Features are crocheted with embroidery floss and then stitched to head, making it easier to get the expression you want. The rest of this Catfish Purr maid’s pieces are worked in the round in typical amigurumi style.

Please note that there is an error in the pattern: the pattern tells you to make two Tails- but you only need to make one! You do however, need to make 2 tail fins though (like the pattern says).
