Cathy's Ear Warmer
Cathy’s Ear Warmer is a textured, comfortable, and fashionable headband to keep warmth in! It is wide up front and narrow in the back. It can be seamed simply or grafted so the seam doesn’t show, and can be knit up in worsted or light aran weight yarn.
This is a very quick project that can be finished in a couple of evenings. Perfect for holiday or birthday gifts!
A “mantra” for grafting in-pattern is included, but is only recommended for knitters experienced in grafting. Grafting is not required, but is helpful if you want to add or subtract rows--the seam won’t show, and so won’t need to be exactly in the middle of the back of the head.
Part of this pattern is written, and part is charted.
