Cats in the Garden is a cuff down stranded colorwork sock with a two color ribbed heel. The socks were inspired by my cats who love the garden. The cat motif is adapted from an Incan tapestry.

The pattern instructions are clear and easy to work, taking all the stress out of knitting colorwork socks. The pattern features detailed written instructions and complete charts.

Foot length 9.5 inches, leg length 9.5 inches including cuff
Foot/leg circumference 8.25-8.5 inches

The size can be changed by changing the gauge

Gauge
9 stitches = 1 inch (2.5 cm) in stranded work
9 rows = 1 inch (2.5 cm)

Materials
US#1 (2.25mm) & US#2 (2.75mm) DPN (set of 5)

Fingering weight yarn – 6 colors – 1 skein each.
ranging from 120 yards to 23 yards depending on the color.
Recommend sock yarn or other durable fingering weight yarn
