First published in Your Crochet & Knitting, (issue 2, 2018), the Cat Paw Shawl is an asymmetric triangular knit with a knit decrease at the start of every RS and a yarn over at the start of every WS. This pattern remains throughout the knitting but a lace pattern called a cat’s paw is repeated every few stitches. There is a stocking stitch border edge with some lacework while all the rest is knit in garter stitch.
