Cave of Mirrors
When we lived in D.C. in the 80s, my dad would take me to Atari conventions, host a BBS, and write computer games.
A few years ago, we discovered there were some of his original games available online!
Caves of Madness by Michael Howard was published under Mayberry Madness in 1986. Within the game is a level called Cave Of Mirrors. That is the inspiration for this sock. The 2nd sock uses the same colours but switched around.
Notes on colour work: USE HIGH CONTRAST COLOURS, if the colours are too close it will blend rather that ‘pop’.
Keep tension loose and even while working with two colors. Space out the stitches rather than scrunch them together on the needles. When working with two colors, wrap the yarns around each other every 4 to 5 stitches to keep from getting long floats.
Coupon Code in the Google Group, group is currently closed to new members until the next games.
