The Cavell Sweater combines traditional snow themed motifs along with geometric accents for a modern Fair Isle style look. A beautiful hand dyed Blue Faced Leicester wool yarn was used to create this relaxed fit garment that is perfect for the slopes, a hike or just lounging in front of the fireplace.

80% SW BFL Wool/20% Nylon 4oz (115g), 420yd (384m) 3 ply

This is a fingering weight yarn with a recommended gauge of 21-32 sts = 4”(10cm) over St st using needle size 2.25-3.25mm (US 1-3).

COLOUR/QUANTITY:
(A) Oxidized - 3 (3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4, 4) skeins

(B) Wheat - 2 (2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 3, 3) skeins

(C) Succulent Garden - 2 (2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3) skeins

MATERIALS:
One set of 3.25mm (US 3) and 2.75mm (US 2) needles (or size to obtain gauge), circular needle in larger size will be needed for collar, stitch markers, stitch holder, tapestry needle.

GAUGE:
Adjust needle size as necessary to obtain gauge.
