Cawdor Cowl

A quick, an easy cosy cowl that can be made up in an evening. Treat yourself or show your care for a friend - we all need a yarn hug x

Crocheted double loop cowl
Size: 16cm wide; 180cm long
Yarn: 2 x 100g ball Rico Designs Essentials Super Super Chunky in Emerald (006)
Hook: 10mm
Stitches: Treble crochet (tr); Treble crochet in front loop only (trflo)

Pattern:

• Using 10mm hook, chain 12 stitches, plus 2 for turning chain
• Please note that the turning chain will count as a stitch
• Row 1: Starting in 2nd chain from hook, treble crochet (tr) into each chain until the end. This will give you 12 stitches, counting the chain at the start of the row (12 stitches). Chain 2 and turn
• Row 2: Turning chain counts as first stitch. Treble crochet into front loop only (trflo) of each stitch to the end (12 stitches). Chain 2 and turn
• Row 3: as Row 1
• Row 4: as Row 2
• Repeat until desired length
