This pattern can be worked with dpn’s or circular for the ribbed pullover section or worked flat with straight needles and sewn shut. The body of the bib is worked on straight needles.

Any type of worsted weight cotton yarn can be used. I used I Love This Cotton yarn from Hobby Lobby and Cotton Tots.

I didn’t worry about gauge for this project since it is a bib, just be aware that using smaller/larger needles and different yarn will affect the size of the bib accordingly.
